As a mother of 3 young children, Coach Paige Te’o was determined to create a space for like minded women seeking purpose and confidence in themselves before AND after pregnancy.

After 6 years of studying various training methodologies and adjusting through her own physical setbacks, Coach Paige Te’o has now unveiled her result driven, functional, progressive overload methodology that is taking the community by storm.

Combining the forces of function and aesthetics, The Women’s Strength & Sculpt program has helped instill hundreds of women with confidence in their physique, strength, mental confidence, and sense of community and belonging.
